Can we enable/disable a field in Job requisition Page based on a condition?

We are looking for options to disable a field (Workplace field) on Job requisition page based on a condition say afterJob requisition is posted and visible in Career Site/Internal Jobs.

We are looking for options to disable a field (Workplace field) on Job requisition page based on a condition say afterJob requisition is posted and visible in Career Site/Internal Jobs.

We know that making fields visible or not visible is possible through transaction design studio.

But in this case we want the field to be visible/editable while creating and visible/not editable after the Job is posted.
