Requisition Workflow - Escalation for High Dollar Approvals

I am working on building out some high dollar approval workflow on our requisitions, which currently involves manual intervention. The approvals will be based on tiered amounts with all the levels approving along the way, and cannot use the supervisory structure or job level. I’ve found that when I build out the rules even in serial stage, and have approval groups set as “action 1”, “action 2”, etc., they still fire in random order.
