Which email address does the token ${RequisitionRecruiterEmail} pick up - Work or Home?

edited Apr 17, 2023 12:54PM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 8 comments

Summary:

Where can we find documentation around the query behind the tokens used for Recruiting Notifications? Specifically - ${RequisitionRecruiterEmail}?

Content (required):

We have had a case where a Recruiter had the "Home" email address marked as Primary. We are using the ${RequisitionRecruiterEmail} token in the Job Application Notification.

In the above case, we have had the Home email address (a primary personal gmail address) picked up in the notification out to the candidate, which surprised us. We were expecting this to be restricted to pick up the Work email address.

Hence the question - do we have documentation on the query that sits behind each token? I have looked at docs.oracle.com and usual google search, etc. (including Doc ID 2899776.1) - but no luck with clear documentation so far.

Howdy, Stranger!
