BI Publisher Report SQL Error : SQL or ORA exceptions caused due to invalide sql , database package

I've created a headcount report that combine all workforce informations based on per_all assignments, compensation data based on cmp_salary_v cmp_salary_v2... it works fine for 99% of our HR users but we have only 2 employees that are having an this error in title BI Publisher Report SQL Error : SQL or ORA exceptions caused due to invalide sql , database package or some database exceptions
