Can IDR convert PDF to TIFF and Color to Black and White?

We would like all color documents converted to black and white and PDF to TIFF. 1)     (Doc ID

2022320.1) Modified March 2022 says this is available however it does not appear to be.

Content (required):

Our understanding is the ability to convert to TIFF and black and white was included when OCR was primarily used. Can we get this 'normalization' functionality with IDR today? All documents are transferred to our document repository of record (where public requests for documents are handled). Color and large images coming from IDR are not legible there without some conversion.
