How to report on Interview Feedback Details?

Summary:

We would like to create a BIP report on the following Interview Feedback details, so that Recruiters can review/compare the detailed feedback from all Interviewers for all candidates in a requisition.

- Feedback Provider Names

- Feedback Provider's answers against Feedback Questions

- Feedback Status (Requested / Completed)

We tried checking the following tables, but these don't seem to hold the required information.

IRC_IM_FEEDBK_REQUESTS

IRC_IM_FEEDBK_REVIEWS

Does anybody have any suggestions for the above requirement?
