Provide bank details to 3rd party systems via API

Summary:

What duties should we add in the job role to send the bank details to 3rd party systems via API?

We have the below RESt APIs in the role :

Use REST Service - Worker Bank Accounts

Use REST Service - Worker Bank Accounts Read Only

Use REST Service - Personal Payment Methods

Use REST Service - Personal Payment Methods Read Only

But still I am seeing Bank account number masked in the API response & do not see routing number coming in the response.
