Sending of notification for Goal Setting

Summary:

Please how can we use the Oracle Fusion application to send reminder notifications to users that are yet to submit their performance goals for their line manager to approve.

We have a quite number of users that have not submitted their performance goals to allow their line manager to approve the same. So we intend to use the system to send personalized reminder notifications to only users that are yet to submit as the organization deadline for submission of the goals is approaching.
