BI Publisher: Is there a alternative view for per_all_people_f table?

BI Publisher: Is there a alternative view for per_all_people_f table?Content
Hi,
I am currently using per_all_people_f and per_all_assignments_m tables (which are base tables and store information about all the business groups. I want to know if there an alternative view-kind-of-thing for per_all_people_f / per_all_assignments_m tables.
In case our users want to have security set up while accessing particular information through BI reports , say for example, if I run the report , I should be able to see data related only to my business group and not others. Is such a thing possible to code in BI Publisher Data Model query ? Also, need to know if this is possible in OTBI analysis as well?
