Summary:

ODA task is timing out and giving below error while the Oracle HCM cloud is still active. If the Chatbot window is open for around 4 5 mins and then next message response is

"Thank you for asking. Looks like you do not have appropriate permissions to view answers. You can try asking something else."

"I don't recognize your account information. Please check your username and password and sign in again."
