    How to complete transfer with multiple assignments

    Summary:

    When transferring an employee who has accepted an offer through Oracle Recruiting, if the employee has multiple active/inactive assignments, the system will not allow the individual to transfer through the typical process in Manage Job Offers. Is this expected behavior or possibly a system bug that needs an SR submitted to resolve.
