Default value for HRG_PRIORITY Goal Lookup

Summary:

Hello,

My company uses the Priority field on our dev goals and we want to make it a required field. I was able to do that in design studio, but the field always defaults to the first value in the lookup instead of a blank, or "Select a value" like other fields. So workers can skip past this field without making any changes. Is it possible to get this field to default to a blank value and force the worker to edit it? The field specifically is HRG_PRIORITY under Worker Goal Setting Lookups.

Thanks

Howdy, Stranger!
