SMS (Twilio) STOP, HELP, and OPT-OUT replies - Two-Way Messaging

Trying to determine behavior of new Recruiting Booster Two-Way Messaging

Does anyone know what happens when a candidate replies to a text with either the STOP, HELP, or OPT-OUT commands? I'm certain this will be picked up by ORC, but does anyone know if Twilio also intercepts these messages and can either 1) respond appropriately or 2) provide us with data on those specific replies?
