Error when editing a candidate's readiness in succession plans?

Editing candidate on plan I am owner of, error received

EDIT: This occurs for Administrator owner types and Candidate Manager owner types; Viewer owner types cannot edit candidates on plans

Hi All,

I have HR Specialist role and when editing the succession readiness of a candidate on a succession plan that I am the administrator owner of - I receive this error:

 Definition ChgDate of type Attribute is not found in AdvancementReadinessItemEO.

Has anyone run into this error before? I haven't been able to find any information on MOS or Oracle Docs regarding this error.
