How do I remove 'start this journey' option from contextual journey

Summary:

We are looking to use contextual journeys to remind users to do certain tasks when they submit an absence. When employee selects 'Add an Absence' they are then taken to the Journey then then need to select 'start this journey'.

Content (required):

Since we are already live with absences adding the contextual journey may be met with some resistance and we want the additional steps to be as easy as possible to complete. In our case we want all employees assigned this absence journey to complete the first and second tasks but I cannot figure out how to remove the need to select 'Start This Journey'.
