Hi,

we would like to set a default value for the 'Who can see the feedback?' field. When an employee wants to enter a feedback (for a direct report or for a peer), now he/she has to fill in the 'Who can see the feedback?' field in order to set the visibility criterion for the feedback itself. Our goal is to set a default value for the aforementioned field, so that it is automatically filled in when an employee enters a new feedback.

Hoping someone has some suggestions about this topic.
