Prepare Talent Review Meeting

Not able to select review population for meetingContent
The environment has recently been upgraded to 18A. before that we were able to create a review meeting, add participants and select the population to be reviewed.
After the latest patch (18A) we can create a meeting, but when we try to select popluation (either based on manager or directly the worker name) there's no result after using search.
Any suffestion how to correct this?
