Add "Business Object Type" and "Attribute" columns to the Delete Audit Report

Summary:

We had a custom report called 'Delete Audit Report' and the client wants to add columns on it for 'Business Object Type' and 'Attribute' same on what we see on the Audit Reports Tab. We already checked the Per_All_Assignments_M_ table but there's no attribute on where we can pull this data. Is there any way to pull the Business Object Type' and 'Attribute' in the report? Please see the attachment for further clarification.
