Hello Team,

I am working on the integration b/w engagement cloud and OFSC for work orders and for this, following the helpful document at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/r13-update17d/faefs/oracle-field-service-cloud-configuration.html#FAEFS2422312

However unfortunately unable to succeed in the Work Order creation from EC and need help, please it is very urgent for me in respect to show the DEMO to our one of the prospect. I have gone through the OFSC books and did the setup as needed but not sure what still is missing.
