I can't login to my oracle account...Recovery email was changed...Please Assist

Hello, I can't seem to be able to login to my Oracle Cloud Account, I tried reseting the password for the fifth time and I am not receving the Recovery email, so I think it was changed in my account settings. How can I reset everything with the original email that I signed up with? I still have access to it.
