Custom Role to View Supplier Profile/Site Bank Account

Summary:

I need to create a custom role that allows someone to edit all of the supplier profile/sites EXCEPT bank accounts. I need them to still be able to view bank accounts, just not edit

Content (required):

I attached the current privileges attached to the custom role I created. Issue is this role still has access to edit bank accounts both under Profile - Profile Details - Payments and Sites - Payments. If I could turn the whole Payments tab to read only, that would be ideal
