How to enable audit logging for Vault Key Encrypt/Decrypt API calls?

Summary:

Audit logs don't list any of my calls to the Encrypt or Decrypt endpoints of the Vault Key Management API.

I would like to be able to view the logs for all calls to the Encrypt/Decrypt endpoints of the Vault Key Management API, but I can't seem to find a single trace of them in the Audit Logs. I am, however, able to see all calls to the GetSecretBundle endpoint.
