submission option not appearing in ADFDI in oracle GL

I am trying to create a journal using ADFDI , however after entering all the mandatory attributes when I am submitting this journal , I am not getting submisison options as per attached screenshot , I have reinstalled excel adfdi plugin as well but no luck..Am I missing any thing here ?
