Submit button not available for Hiring Managers?

Submit button not available for Hiring Managers?

Hi Team,

As a Hiring Manager when i login am able to see only Save and Close button on the job Requisition but not able to see the submit button.

Could you please let me know if there is anything I am missing to get the Submit Button for the Hiring Manager?

the roles the user has is the line manager and Hiring Manager role.

I verified below things,

Manage Administrator Profile Values

Search for the following Profile Option Code: IRC_REQ_ALLOW_RULE_CONFIG_CUSTOMIZATION_ENABLED

Under the Profile Values section, it is showing "Y"
