Defaulting Probation Period and probation end date based on Country.
Summary:
If candidate who is going to be hired for Country UAE Qatar then the Probation Period should be defaulted as 6 months and Probation End Date should get changed accordingly to Probation Period and
if candidate is going to be hired for Country Bahrain Saudi Arabia Oman then the Probation Period should be defaulted as 3 months and Probation End Date should get changed accordingly to Probation Period.
For Kuwait country the probation Period is 100 days and Probation End date should get changed accordingly. But if a user wants to change the probation period thereafter they should be able to change too.
