Can we disable Make it private option for careers of interest available for the employees

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where in the "Me" Section,Under "Career and Performance" in "Career Development" work area client wants to disable the "Make it Private" option for the careers that employee chooses in "Add to Careers of interest".

Navigation:-

Me>Career and Performance>Career and Development>Career Outlook>Explore Careers>Search for Careers>Add to careers of interest>Make it Private.

If the above is not feasible in the system can we still configure the system in such a way that even if the employee makes the "Career of Interest" Private, it will still be visible to the
