How can I restrict uploading certain types of files in HR Helpdesk requests?
Dear Oracle Community,
I hope this message finds you well. I have a question regarding a feature for our HR Helpdesk Requests system. We want to restrict the types of files that can be uploaded when creating requests in HR Helpdesk, particularly EXE files and other potentially harmful file types.
I am wondering if it is possible to configure the system to disallow the uploading of these file types within Oracle. I would be grateful if someone from the community could advise me on whether such a feature exists within Oracle and provide guidance on how we could implement it.
