More info required on data encryption

Summary:

We are trying to set up the integration between ORC and MS Teams and our IT service needed full information about Oracle's data encryption and retention policies etc. I sent them the standard documentation but they have further questions after reading this. I put a request on MOS as I thought it was something Oracle themselves should be advising on but they told me I'd need to ask in this forum. Not very helpful as I shouldn't expect everyone here to try to answer questions that Oracle should be able to provide through their support route about their infrastructure.
