I want to delete my existing tenancy but if I try to do it - I get this message: "The work request to delete your tenancy could not be initiated. Please try again or contact support." If I try to contact support - a chat-bot informs me that he cannot resolve my problem and asks to contact a Live Agent. A live agent says that my free tenancy is out of support and I need to figure out a solution for myself or ask in a community forum.
