How to Delete LOV values in bulk

 Is there any option to delete List of Values in bulk for particular lookup type.

Content (required):

We have around 500+ plus list of values to be deleted from a single lookup type and looking for option to delete it in bulk.

We have referred Oracle document of LOV Import and Export, but we could only find steps to disable the existing values.

Instead we are looking for an option to delete the values instead of just deactivating, since we will be importing new set of values which is also larger in number.
