Hello,

When trying to hire a new candidate in Taleo (either submitted by career section or manually created in taleo as a new candidate),
and useing the candidate selection workflow , to change and update the employee status .
We would like to have an option to skip the offer step, and still have the start date (hire date) transferred into fusion when importing the hire.

question please :
how can we skip the offer step ? (we tried to bypsass but not always the start date of the hire exported into fusion)
