Hello,

We are looking to add an additional Help Desk Notification that will go to the Primary Point of Contact after n Number of Days their SR has been in a Waiting Status. I am not the most technical person with Groovy Scripting, so curious if anyone would be able to help in writing the required code for this notification trigger?
