Hide Disability Section except for one country

Hi All,

We are trying to move from classic pages to responsive page. In classic pages we have disability section for only one country and same we are trying to do it in responsive page also but we see some challenges as it can be restricted only by role. We are using only one role for employees in each countries. Can anyone guide me other option to hide the disability section for all others except one country.
