We are wondering if it is possible to create a separate PO template for subawards type.

Are there other institutions who are using multiple PO templates? And if so, are you using them simultaneously? 

We are not sure if it is possible for the system to tell when to use the default template for regular PO and when to use the new template for subawards type? (We have a Subawards type set up under Lines so in Purchase Orders, when a new order is created, the end user can choose this type.)

Can each template has its own terms and conditions attached?
