Summary:
If you create a req and assign a recruiter in the ‘Hiring team’ box, the system already sends a message to that recruiter before the req is even completed. In case the recruiter is changed or the req is not created at all, this leads to confusion.
For example, user started to create a req in PROD to demo something but I didn’t save/complete it,and just cancelled.
However, I already received a mail (see attached) and a notification in the tool for a req that does not exist in the end.
