Autocomplete Rule to restrict value selection while adding a Contingent Worker

Summary:

Autocomplete Rule to restrict value selection while adding a Contingent Worker

Content (required):

We have a requirement to restrict value selection while adding a Contingent Worker. If the action is "Add Contingent Worker", HR should only be able to select either "Agency Hire" or "Contractor" under the Job else it should throw an error. For all other actions, the rule should be bypassed.

The rule works on the Quick action - "Add Contingent Worker". But it is conflicting with other parts of the application. While changing the assignment (Quick Action -> Change Assignment), it throws an Java Null pointer exception.

Howdy, Stranger!
