Print Expense Report - Failed to load error

Hi,

I have tried to get the Expense Report output by using the "Print" option on the actions of the Expense Report. However, the error "Failed to Load" pops up.

As per Not Able To Download Expense PDF - Failed to load pdf document (Doc ID 2581834.1) I checked the permissions and identified two privileges/roles required.

The user that was used for testing had the "Manage Expense Report" privilege but not the BI Admin role. Therefore, I assigned the role and tested it worked.

However, in another test instance, a user without BI Administrator role was able to get the output of this report that had the same permission.
