Summary: Currently we are trying to build an integration, for which we need a webservice to auto-create the PO change order and submitting the same. We have "Update One Order" webservice to create PO change order but this does not take care of the submission, where we need to use another webservice "‘Submit one draft purchase order". Please provide us the justification why we need to use the 2 webservices instead of 1. Please provide us a webservice to take care of both the actions- change order creation and change order submission.
