Processing of an element twice in a Pay period

Summary:

There is an Element(direct payment) used as loan amount which is a indirect feed to the Recovery element(Voluntory Deduction).

If this element(direct payment) is processed in Payroll run, then the condition of deducting the amount is happening in the very next pay period.

Now, if we pay the element(direct payment) to employee before the payroll run, means using quickpay, then the deduction should happen in the same period in the payroll run
