Eligibility Profile - Individual Compensation Plan - Hires

Summary:

Hello, We have this requirement from our client to restrict a certain Plan to a specific Business Unit.

Content (required):

We were able to set up an eligibility profile under Individual Compensation Plan and is working when we are trying to create using Compensation Info Quick action, plus its also working on the ORC side.

However, when we tried doing a hire action and add pending worker, add contingent, and add non worker using a different BU. The Plan that was supposed hidden was available in the Plan dropdown.

Our initial guess is because since we are technically creating a new record, there is no basis yet for eligibility profile since there is no employment record yet for the new hire.
