Not able to initialize the developer toolkit.

I am trying to initialize the toolkit. It is throwing error as

Command :- cpq-toolkit init --register --host=sitename.bigmachines.com -f

Error Output :- Using https://sitename.bigmachines.com as the CPQ site.

Unable to connect to: sitename.bigmachines.com

Registration cancelled

Note :- In place of sitename, I am using my company name.
