Can we remove the scoring/rating logic for Potential assessment?

Looking for a way to stop auto rating based on the potential assessment but keep the assessment.
Content (required):
Potential assessment doesn't allow to customize the scoring logic the way business would like. For e.g. adding a question "Is this associate inconsistently performing? Yes/No, If Yes, he/she should be a talent concern.
So, we are looking for a way to remove the logic but allow the managers to take the assessment as a guidance to rate associate manually.
