Is there any way to restrict approval email to be sent to a specific domain

Summary:

Is there a way that Emails which are going out for Requisition and Purchase order from the system can be restricted to only one email domain.

Content (required):

From a security and controls perspective it is required that approval email which are being sent out from the system stay in the Business email domain and are not directly sent out of Oracle Application to a foreign domain. The inverse is also required where the approval notification has be responded back from a domain outside of the business domain should be ignored.
