We have a requirement to keep the Resource charge type as "Manual" , currently it is "Automatic" since always the charge type will be Manual and user has to change the type from Automatic to Manual everytime.

Look up type is ORA_WIS_CHARGE_TYPE. Just want to know if there is any profile option or any other way to change the Default value from Automatic to Manual.
