List Views - Add Drop Downs To Choose From?

Hi -

Is list views, there is a drop down to view a requisition for a specific candidate..is it possible to add other drop downs for other fields?

We have a couple of custom fields with drop downs that need to be changed....was wondering if there was a faster way to make changes to these fields instead of having to go "edit" each candidate profile and making the change from there.
