Etext Report output is not coming correctly.

Summary:

Hi Everyone.

I am trying to create a etext report in the HDL format, EDI(delimited type). When i view the report, instead of getting the output value, i am getting only the column name. Attaching the etext template for reference. What i need to do get the output value of Data Model in the report.
