How do we push a PR in pending approval status for more than 48 hours to auto approved

in Self Service Procurement 2 comments

Summary: We are interfacing PR's from a third party system to Fusion in approved status. But sometimes due to PIC related issues, a few PR stay in 'Pending Approval' status in fusion and since we don't have any approvals set up in fusion for these PR's they stay pending approval until the requesters find them and re-process them.

We need an idea as how to push these PR to auto approval if the status is not changing to approved after say 24-48 hours.
