How to remove Compensation tab in Person Spotlight only when Nonworker is viewed by HR?

Summary:

When HR with priviledge to view Compensation views Nonworker via Person Spotlight -> Show more -> Compensation Tab is listed.

Can this Compensation Tab be removed when HR looks up nonworker?

Only solution I found for the moment is Sandbox -> HCM Experience Design Studio -> Person Spotlight -> Visible/Not Visible however here I can enable/disable tab for all User Person Types that HR role would view.

Anyone can advise whether Person Spotlight is configurable based on User Person Type viewed by HR?
