Create Job Requisition raised by HR - Approval flow
Summary:
We have a requirement from client to have all HR initiated create job req follow a specific approval path, while recruiter-initiated should auto approve. However, we noticed that the HR transactions are getting auto approved regardless.
Content (required):
When we checked, these HRs have both the HR and Recruiter role, and we also found out that the reason they're getting the create job req access is due to the recruiter role.
Now we've asked the security team to add the create job req privilege to the HR role, which is now working perfectly fine and transactions raised by HRs(with just the HR role) are now following the approval path.
