How to remove the symbol <p>/</p> html tags + layout in the offer letter Template?

Summary:

After the 23A upgrade we notice that the offer letter template was change.

It is an issue more on "Additional Text" Token in the template and when uploading the offer letter there is "<p>/</p>" html tags symbols in it. How can we remove those symbols in the offer template?
